Query your calls programmatically: list calls and retrieve a call's details, transcript, and recording using an API key.

📄️ List calls

Returns the calls your API key can access, newest first. A key scoped to All agents returns calls from every agent in your company; a key scoped to Specific agents returns only calls handled by the agents linked to that key.

📄️ Get call

Retrieves the full detail of a single call by its uid, including the conversation transcript and a link to the recording.
