What to include
To help us solve your issue faster, tell us:
- The email of your Fonema account and your company name.
- The agent involved, if any.
- For a specific call: the customer phone number and the approximate date and time.
- For AI apps (MCP): which app you use and what you asked it. See Connect your AI app for setup steps.
