Fonema uses a pay-as-you-go model, meaning you only pay for actual AI agent usage across channels.
1) Fonema base costs
- Text: $0.01 USD per sent message.
- Voice calls:
- Successful: $0.20 USD per minute (rounded up).
- Unsuccessful: $0.0016 USD per second (rounded to second).
- Automated actions: $0.01 USD each (e.g., scheduling, sending email).
2) Additional channel costs
Some channels include third-party charges passed through without markup.
