How to manage automated calls
Schedule large batches of calls using Excel, Google Sheets, or the API.
Available methods
- Excel file (recommended for static batches)

Excel
- Open your agent profile and go to Assign Task.
- Click Upload Excel.
- Upload your file or download the template.
- Calls are processed automatically after upload.
Requirements:
- Required column: phone number with country code (without
+sign in your spreadsheet format). - Include input variables if needed.
Google Sheets
Currently requires support team assistance. Typical flow:
- Leads sheet: numbers + input variables.
- Attempts sheet: call attempt logs.
- Output sheet: successful call results.
Calls via API
Best for CRM/ERP/internal integrations.
- Real-time call dispatch
- Input variable support
Recommendations
- Test with 5-10 numbers before large batches.
- Validate country codes in all phone numbers.
