How to manage automated calls

Schedule large batches of calls using Excel, Google Sheets, or the API.

Available methods

  1. Excel file (recommended for static batches)
  2. Google Sheets (ideal for collaborative teams)
  3. API (for system integrations)

Excel

  1. Open your agent profile and go to Assign Task.
  2. Click Upload Excel.
  3. Upload your file or download the template.
  4. Calls are processed automatically after upload.

Requirements:

  • Required column: phone number with country code (without + sign in your spreadsheet format).
  • Include input variables if needed.

Google Sheets

Currently requires support team assistance. Typical flow:

  • Leads sheet: numbers + input variables.
  • Attempts sheet: call attempt logs.
  • Output sheet: successful call results.

Calls via API

Best for CRM/ERP/internal integrations.

  • Real-time call dispatch
  • Input variable support

Recommendations

  • Test with 5-10 numbers before large batches.
  • Validate country codes in all phone numbers.
